		<description>Hey! That was a good boost! I try to read positive "reinforcement" articles daily if I can. Also, I started repeatedly naming foods funny nicknames that sounded negative to me. For instance I drank waaay too much coffee and had to quit, so I started referring to it as "black devil juice", and "black death" to my friends in conversation. It may sound stupid, but for several foods, I think it really helped subconsciously.
