You Sleep Well and Baby Sleeps Well with Sleepwell

January 15th, 2010

If you are losing sleep because your baby is losing sleep, look into Sleepwell’s sound machine. You may never have heard about white noise before, but once you have done a little research you’ll learn some startling facts and understand why a machine like this can be so effective at settling babies naturally into a good night’s sleep.

White noise is basically the random production of the full range of audible noise. When played softly in the background, white noise has the effect of masking external sounds that may be preventing sleep. When combined with soothing natural sounds, such as a waterfall or gentle rain, white noise machines naturally, safely and effectively sooth babies (and adults!) to sleep.

White noise has been extensively studied and proven to work. Sleepwellbaby offers a number of sound machines that have been scientifically designed for maximum effectiveness. While they are superb for babies, they are just as effective for all ages in any setting where distracting noises prevent concentration, relaxation or sleep.

If traffic noise, TV noise, snoring or any other noise is preventing you or your baby from getting a good night’s sleep, a white noise machine can be of surprising benefit. Read about white noise machines at the Sleep Well website and learn all about how this remarkable technology works.

The lack of sleep by my ex wife was always a problem. She loved giving the kids her attention in the middle of the night so the kids always woke up and woke us up. She would go play with them and reward them for waking up.

We did not agree on how to handle them.

    That was then.
