		<description>I really like this article it has none of the usual hysteria... just good common sense. One thing I would add is the need for mental preparation which is guaranteed help to lose weight. Know what what you want and embed it in your mind.</description>

		<description>I think that people are fond with the idea of beautiful people especially women in the magazine which pictures are actually photoshop and edited, so they tend to take the wrong path into keeping themselves fit which lead to anorexia, eating disorder and so on. well going on a diet and keeping fir is not wrong, it&#039;s just doing it the right way!</description>

		<description>I totally agree! For years, I couldn’t keep to my diet because of a negative view on diet. I found it so hard to stop eating the things I loved! The harder I tried the more I found myself pigging out. My diet programs always ended up with me gaining more weight! But once I started eating smaller portions, and learned to burn the calories off I actually began to enjoy the process of losing weight. Once you’ve lost a certain amount of weight, there is no turning back. To help me lose pounds more quickly I include Green Tea in my diet as well. &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.newvitality.com/shop/green-tea-plus.aspx&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Green tea&lt;/a&gt; is a good fat burner!
