This makes life easy, all you have to do is sit back and wait for pertinent information to come to you! The site is well designed and its very easy to find just the mortgage you are looking for.. all with easy application processes right there on line.
They also offer info related to mortgage refinancing and second mortgages, which is great if you have gotten yourself into a tough spot in these difficult times.. you may find that you can remortgage and get a better deal, lowering you payment and leaving more in your pocket each month. (For necessities. Coach handbacks.. manolo blahnik shoes.. anyone?)
The mortgage business has certainly changed hasn’t it. I never though the industry would consist of Freddie, Fannie, FHA. Then again “If you want to feel rich, just count the things you have that money can’t buy”
