		<description>I think that you&#039;re correct in avoiding making food a reward or punishment. Unfortunately, bad habits are hard to breaks so hopefully most won&#039;t let it get that far.

The key is to get your kids activity based. Use access to their favorite activities as both rewards and punishments, not food. I&#039;ve been able to do that with my kids and it has taken a lot of discipline and effort, but it&#039;s worked.</description>

		<description>i never thought i&#039;d see the day that kids so young would have serious weight problems... i think it&#039;s great to send them in weight loss camps as it not only help them to loose weight but to also help them deal with the emotional difficulties that come with it...</description>
