Yea, please don’t just the gun on things like surgery. That kind of stuff never ends the way you want it too. I mean come on… You can die from shady surgical practices

I am curious what you think about using Yelp to evaluate something as important as important as a cosmetic surgeon. Word of mouth is probably the best guide, but it is not always easy to get information this way.

Very solid points, a really enjoyable read. In my humble opinion, things like cosmetic surgery is what people do to get high reward (and oftentimes long term) at the cost of high risk. With the power of internet search we can definitely have a fuller and better understanding of the pros and cons of such a dangerous practice.
