First…I am NOT advocating any kind of government involvement here…but I think many people should seek some psychological services before considering any kind of cosmetic surgery. Too many doctors are all too willing to create some real FREAKS just because they pay well. ( Be honest and look at before and after M. J. pictures)!!!

Sorry but cuttin’ on me is serious stuff. I may trust a web site, on line testimonial or blog post to buy a car or a watch but before someone cuts me on purpose, I’m gonna talk face to face with others who underwent something similar.

It´s a jungle and you really need help to find the provider that is best for you. I spend months searching the internet for rewievs and comments about different surgery providers, but finally I found a good one and the surgery went perfect!

I had laser eye surgery as I was short sighted. I know for a fact that the best way to find out how it is, is to ask someone who has had it done. It is all well and good going to a site and looking at testimonials but think about it, will the company put the good ones on their site or the bad ones? Also the more people you can ask the better as i had no problems what so ever in recovery where as a friend of mine had bloodshot sore eyes for days.

So my advice is do not rush into anything. Take your time ask everybody you know who has had the surgery, do research and then make an informed desicion.
